Founded by Dr. Tara Arnold—therapist, educator, and Atlanta-based clinician for over 25 years—Deepen was born out of a desire to create a space that truly supports those who are often holding everything together for others. Our clients are high achievers, caregivers, and helpers—people who carry so much, yet rarely pause to ask for help. Deepen was designed for them.
Before becoming Deepen, our practice was known as WholeHeart Psychotherapy, a trusted presence in Atlanta’s mental health community for over 15 years.
As the practice evolved, we saw a need to deepen our focus, refine our offerings, and create a more intimate, specialized experience for the clients we serve best. What began as WholeHeart has now transformed into Deepen—a name that reflects our commitment to going beneath the surface, holding space for growth, and supporting lasting personal transformation.
I recommend Deepen Wellness to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist for true transformation.
