My approach is integrative in nature, weaving together mindfulness, somatic, and cognitive strategies to create a full-circle framework that tends to both mind and body. Depending on what best serves you in the moment, our work may begin with cognitive exploration or body-based interventions that support awareness, regulation, and a greater sense of safety within yourself.

I’m most passionate about supporting women across diverse identities, bodies, and lived experiences through developmental and complex trauma, emotion regulation challenges, sexual trauma, sexual and/or domestic violence, crisis, relationship concerns, and the psychological dimensions of hormonal health across the lifespan.

My intention is to support you through deeper self-understanding, agency, self-trust, and resilience as foundations for a life that feels meaningful and satisfying to you. I’m honored to walk beside you on this path toward healing through compassionate, evidence-informed, and empowerment-focused care.

My clinical interests include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), polyvagal-informed somatic approaches, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), healthy relationship psychoeducation, and hormonal cycle psychoeducation.
