Pronouns | she, her, hers

Melanie is passionate about helping women and couples reclaim their voices, strengthen emotional and relational intimacy, and work through concerns related to sexual anxiety. She provides inclusive care to LGBTQ+ and heterosexual clients, as well as individuals in polyamorous, kinky, and traditional relationship structures. Her areas of focus include sexual shame, low desire, anxiety around sexual activity, and the impact of sociocultural messaging on body image, identity, and pleasure.

Melanie’s clinical approach is rooted in feminist theory and a commitment to creating space for clients to unlearn internalized messages that limit self-trust and autonomy. She integrates evidence-based practices including Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT) to support clients in building insight, flexibility, and self-compassion.
