My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I believe in a collaborative, forward-thinking partnership. Rather than focusing solely on the “why”, we will work together to identify your existing strengths, challenge negative thought patterns, and develop practical behavioral tools to break the cycle of eating disorder behaviors.
Having worked with children, adolescents, and adults, I know that eating disorders thrive on secrecy and shame. My goal is to create a secure, non-judgmental space where we can celebrate small victories and build momentum toward long-term freedom.
I am passionate about helping clients break free from rigid rules and anxiety. I welcome the opportunity to join you on your journey toward recovery.
In my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends, especially outdoors. I enjoy gardening, home improvement, and cuddles with my 14-year-old pup Cooper.
